Throughout his career, Gianne has managed major structural renovations and housing developments, excelling in risk management, safety standards, and technical specifications. He collaborates effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project success.

A graduate of Saint Joseph's College of Maasin, Gianne holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and structural analysis using STAAD Pro. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE).

As Operations Manager at R.P. Mappala Inc., Gianne led a team of engineers and workers, optimizing operations and ensuring on-time delivery. He has also partnered with industry leaders like KIT Properties Development Corp., Red Viper Ventures & Development Corp., and Multiline Structures Corp. on notable projects in Cebu IT Park.
